Swing the C-arm and move the table, then turn on the coronary and chamber overlays to see which structures the projection is showing you.
With the CT image, the overlays come from this CT's own segmentations, so they line up with the image:
- Coronary tree: from ImageCAS-X, including the tree that isn't injected.
- Chambers: chambers and great vessels from TotalSegmentator. Each is drawn as an outline where the beam grazes its wall edge-on, which is where it would form a border on a real image. Click a chip in the legend to show or hide one.
- Segment numbers: the SCCT 18-segment model. Proximal, mid and distal RCA are thirds of the RCA up to the crux, because the acute marginal isn't labelled in this CT.
Brighter means nearer the detector. Hover over or tap a structure, in the image or the room view, to name it. Over a chamber, the label also lists everything else in the beam at that point, detector side first.
